    Default Cheato Lighting

    Has anyone used this light.
I replaced the light over my sink with it.
    It is a 6100K 275 Lumens
    CRI :66

I got one to go over my sump to try and grow cheato. I now have two sections growing if this works

This bulb seems to be working, I am getting some nice growth out of the Macro Algae. I have two over the tank and hope to add a third here soon to cover more of the tank.

also LEDs dont lose output for a really long time, so you shouldnt have to change them out every 6-8 months like fluorescents.

20000 hours is the rating. So at the hours I have it on I should get 2.7 years out of them!
