just quarentined a small frag of red people eaters and man am i glad i did, it was covered in zoa eating nudibraches these little boogers suck. There small (size range of a pin head to about a 1/8 of an inch) and they eat nonstop. I wont say were I got them but It was in the cicny area. Just make sure you really dip your zoas good, you dont want these in your main tank. I am lucky this time, and made sure to tell the people i purchased from and they said they would look into it......needless to say i wont be going back there because of there entusiasm on the phone
-If your going to keep zoas at one point your prolly going to run into these dont panic just remove the colony if your able to and give it a quick fresh water dip (10 to 30 seconds + a coral dip i use seachem) NOTE! this should be done before making it to your main tank, then take it out and pick off what you can see is a nudi and then set it in a quarentine if you have one (highly recommended) if not you can isolate the colony from the others and watch it at night usually an hour after the lights are out and dont be fooled because these mimic you zoa skirts to blend in. Let me know if anyone has a problem with these and there methods of getting rid of them. thanks for looking

i am lucky i have not had to deal with them. i hear revive kills them as well. also it is important to find any eggs they lay on or around the polyps and remove them.

I have never had these but have had several other pests, I always let anyone know what I have had.
