Since this is one of the main pieces of equipment we have and they fail all the time. Does anyone ever replace the heater before it stops working?

Mine never fail, they just stick on. Which seems to be fine for me as I having problems keeping my temp above 76-78 on the colder days.
Have you ever tryed the Rena heaters? I havn't had any problems with mine, and I have tryed just about everything.
I have two 500Watt Won Pro-Heat Titanium heaters without their controllers, they alway stopped working. Mine is plugged into a Pinpoint Dual Stage Temp Controller
