    Default Calcium Consumption?

    How much calcium does your tank consume daily? Anyone ever test to see? Mine is between 20-40PPM daily.

    mine is about 20

    mine is 10 to 20 ppm about every 2 -3 weeks 420ppm

    Test, no supplementation for three days, Re-test, divide. Is this how you all are figuring calcium consumption?

    no i just test with api kit.

    Test daily without adding any.

    what is a good calcium level to maintain? i thought it was 420-450, my tank measured at 480, too much?

    Depends on what you have and plan to keep in your tank mine stays at 480ish
