nice....the purple polyps are sweet
I hate birdsnest. I can't keep them for crap either. I have one that does OK for now.
i got one as a frag and it was doing awesome. the other day i get a hair to rearrange my tank (had to move a couple of big rocks) and it broke off the small rock i had it mounted. i took it out and glued it again, and now i think i put it in shock, the polyps are not out like they were, and the tips are browning. is there any hope for this? it's been about a week now, it shows tiny signs of life, but nothing like it did.

you could have stressed it, is there any tissue recession?
Hey Eric, is that the same one you gave me a frag of? It looks like it.

no tissue damage, i'm hoping it's just stressed, it was really starting to come along nicely.

my birdsnest lets me know when something is wrong. same with one of my montiporas, so they seem to stress easy. if its "starting to come along" i'd say your good and thats good to hear![]()
