If you had a 75 with rock and nothing else what would you do with it. It has 2 250w MHs over it.
The rock also has Aiptasia Anemones growing on it.

The first thing I'd do is start trying to get the water parameters back in line. Then I'd start nuking the aptasia. After that issue was settled I would consider doing a species specific tank dedicated to a certain ocean area and its coral and fish inhabitants.

I would sell the lighting system to TechGuy40 :P.
Seriously. With the aptasia, I would start all over. Dry the rock, buy new, use some in the sump and display.
Or Nuke it, Kalk paste works wonders!
But with those lights, I would build a nice SPS tank. Starting from a dry fresh tank. Build the live rock while its dry, fill it, and go from there.
Good Ideas, what else you have?

Well he needs to learn to feed then add water and all would be good. Water level always just got to low. The tank needs water everyday or two.
