    What kind of food are you guys feeding your tanks?
    37g, 250w MH
    Mostly SPS with a few Lps and softies

    Spectrum TherA-A Anti Parasite Food Pellets
    Formula 1 and 2 Pellets
    I use Frozen Spirulina Enriched Brine Shrimp, Mysis Shrimp, Angel and Butterfly Formula, Plankton and a few others. I feed one cube of three of them once a day. I also have Cyclop-eeze that I feed a few times a week along with Nori Seaweed. I soak all the food in Selcon by American Marine Inc and Vita-Chem by Boyd Enterprise Inc. I feed one tyoe of pellet food in the mornings

    I have had really good luck with the reefnutrition and dt's phytoplankton & oyster eeg line for corals.

    For fish marinelife's got it down.

    Yes, i use the cyclop-eeze freezer bar. Really for both fish and corals. Clownfish go nuts..

    I have some, i have found that most people like the reef bugs better. I can not say one way or the other ,i personally have not used either
