    Default Fragging Duncans

O.K. Who on here knows how to frag Duncans? These babys are getting a little dense. Too many heads to count. Colony is the size of a large grapefruit--for lack of a better visual aid. Anyone got experience? The main problem is I cant remove the rock they are encrusted on.

I believe you cut between the heads a low as you can. A dremel is the best tool for doing this. You just want to make sure you do not cut any of the flesh part.

Have Justin order you a fraggin kit. I have some Stainless snips that will work. Cut as close to the main body as possible, without touching the flesh.

O.k. Justin you got a deal. Just tryin to help get some conversation started here. When I frag these guys I'll let you guys know. I got them in an online order from Mr. Coral about a year or so ago. Two heads free with the order. Called them Blue Duncans. They have a bluish grey polyps with screamin neon green mouths and neon green growth edge at the foot. Large heads have babies growing all around the heads. They are seriously hungry and the more you feed them the faster they multiply. I've reared this colony on mysis, cyclopease,Rods,Reef plankton, and several other foods. I've got a frag kit but have never fragged these guys. Fear of damaging them as the grow close together. Soon as I get em fragged and make sure they are o.k. they will be up for grabs.
