    Default Lyretail Anthia

Some information about the Lyretail Anthia from my views and some from the internet.

    Scientific name: (Pseudanthias squamipinnis)

Minimum tank size: Online recommends 125, but i think a 75 would work for 3 or less.

Food: Mine loves pellets and all foods I add to the tank. In the wild
The diet is zooplankton and floating filamentous algae.

Care/Compatibility: Easy, does not seem to need anything special.

Reef Safe: So far I have not had any issues. I have mainly SPS corals, I do have a tube anemone. They seem to do like being in a group of one male and a few females

Other: This is a much better fish than a chromis if you want groups.

Picture: This is about the best pictures I have of them. The blue/green fish in the picture is a chromis.
