Anyone running two sumps, I have a 50 gallon tank under my tank now and I build a plywood sump. I am wanting to add this to my current setup.
I plan on adding a T from my overflow pipe and then just T into the return from this new sump.

Any thoughts on problems this could cause or things I should watch for?

Its a good idea to use the one pump. If you were to use two, and one failed, you would have an over flowing sump. Until the other pump ran dry, and burned up also.
