I counted 18 of them. The video is them after dipping. They were only on one Frogspawn, and I've had it for over a year. What are they?

Yes, but that frogspawn only has one head. It's a frag.

If it helps, they REALLY don't like Revive (thanks for that sample, Ghurlag). :) The video is from after dipping. I think it's weird that they're all over this frogspawn and not any of my others. They were all over it though, and like I said, I've had this one for well over a year. I think they look like flatworms too.

Did you see issues with it before you dipped?

Nope, the opposite actually. It's been happy and open more than I've ever seen it the past week. They might have been good, but I didn't want to chance it.

Yeah I didn't want to use a gallon of water and waste one of those Coral Rx samples, and I dip everything in Melefix, so if I dipped this coral in Melefix before, and I have these it obviously didn't get them the first time. But the Revive worked. :)

Found em. Oops.
Acoel Flatworms: Simple, "gut-less", small worms... including the ones that "reproduce like rabbits" in reef tanks... best left alone... or selectively siphoned off (mainly) soft corals, out of reef systems.

Thanks! When in doubt check wetwebmedia. Bob Fenner, Anthony Calfo and the rest are the gods of the hobby imho.

may want to invest in some flatworm exit. I would try to remove them ASAP, I have the same FW's that I just treated for and from what I read on them they wont eat corals but the issue is that they reproduce like rabbits and they will get on your corals and block the light from your coral which will then kill your corals. Do you have a wrasse in the tank? I beleave my two wrasses were munching on them in my DT because i found very few of them when I treated ( the ones I did find were on Hammer, they like mushrooms, and fleshy LPS like hammers and frogspawns) I did have a nice population in my fuge. And from what i read it to not underestimate how many you have in your system because they get in the crevices of your rock and make babies. good luck and I am not trying to scare you they definetly arent as bad as the Acro eating FW's or anything but can overun an aquarium pretty quickly and most of the time you never see them until they are already well established in your tank.

I'll look into the Flatworm exit. Something interesting thing I've been noticing is when I dose ESV calcium & alk, the flatworms come out and get active.

Yeah I PM'd Coral Cove about one. I'd rather use a natural predator than a chemical.
