peppermint shrimp strike again!!!!

so for the second time i have lost a beautiful fire fish to my peppermint shrimp! i had no idea that they were aggressive. i was excited that they kept my aptasia away but am thinking of getting rid of them in favor of another fire. anyone else
ran into this? i saw someone lost a peppermint to a bloodred but couldnt find anything else. so..... anyone need some
peppermint shrimp?

I have one and have never heard of them eating fish

Is it possible the firefish died, and the peppermint was eating the dead fish? They are usually scavengers.

its just so wierd. ive had this one for 6 months and he was doing great. the only thing i changed was to add the shrimp and bam he was a
gonner. its just weird this has happend twice.
