chromis with brown slime coat...

Noticed one of my green chromis has a brownish tint in his slime coat...he is acting totally normal and eating well. Should I be concerned or just let him ride it out? Doesn't seem to be bugging him.

I been trying, its not noticeable in the pictures. It seems like bacteria maybe, I have a bottle of melafix but don't know if it will harm the inverts in my tank...

Can you treat the fish in another tank?

Yea I got a separate ten gallon, I'm heading to the LFS for some supplies, guess just quarantine for a bit.
