i noticed about 2 weeks ago that i had a hitchhiker on some liverock that i had recently purchased,it looked like a gray rolle polle. im not sure exactly what it is. yesterday i picked up a piece of rock, and it had 5 or 6 on the bottom, are these going to cause me problems or will they just help keep the tank clean. if they are a problem how do i get rid of them.

I have only seen that one chiton in my tank, so I'm not sure how fast they multiply as for bristle worms they are good, many people think they are bad but they are not. great scavengers, look in your tank at night with a flash light and you will see lots of things you dont see during the day, red lights seem to work the best for not scaring the little creepy crawlies.
