What the difference between an acthinic and a 7100k?

Depends are you talking actinic Blue or just actinic?

The 03 is a blue bulb that has a temp of around 7200K while the 7100k You are looking at in your first post would be a white/clear bulb and burn a yellowish white. I am not sure about the 06 and I could be wrong about the other but what I wrote is my understanding of the bulbs
