Yeah, I'm tired of human stupidity altogether... People need to be tased, shot, and tortured a little more often. THAT is what change looks like :)

I read that earlier, and I am pissed also. What are people thinking? How do you run out fo a shipping lane? Doesn't every vessel use GPS now days?
